This website and all services offered through Her Life Elevated™ and Her Life Ministry™ (collectively, “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) are made available to you under the following Terms of Use. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
Her Life Ministry™ is a subsidiary of Her Life Elevated™, the parent entity under which all coaching, mental wellness services, faith-integrated Christian services and ministry training programs are offered.
USE OF THIS WEBSITE
You are granted a limited, revocable license to access and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- copy, reproduce, download, or distribute any content for commercial use
- use automated tools to extract or scrape content
- hide or alter logos, trademarks, or branding
- misrepresent your relationship with the Company
- use the site in any unlawful or harmful manner
Any violation terminates your license to use the site. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using this site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including notices, updates, confirmations, and invitations to review services or content.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — including text, images, videos, audio, course materials, program descriptions, Emotional Root Work™ methodology, and all proprietary frameworks — is the exclusive property of Her Life Elevated™ and protected by U.S. and international copyright law.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
Licensing for commercial use begins at $5,000 per license.
If unauthorized use is discovered, we reserve the right to invoice for damages and pursue legal remedies.
TRADEMARKS
Her Life Elevated™, Her Life Ministry™, The Elevated Woman™, Emotional Root Work™, program names, logos, slogans, and design elements are trademarks of the Company and may not be used without written permission.
Use of our trademarks in a way that causes confusion, implies endorsement, or misrepresents affiliation is prohibited.
USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If you submit comments, testimonials, messages, or content through the site, you agree not to post anything:

- defamatory
- obscene
- threatening
- infringing

- harmful or malicious

SERVICE TERMS FOR COACHING, FAITH-INTEGRATED CHRISTIAN SERVICES, AND MINISTRY TRAINING
These terms apply to all services offered through Her Life Elevated™ and Her Life Ministry™.
NATURE OF SERVICES
We provide:
- Mental wellness coaching for women
- Confidence coaching
- Relationship clarity coaching
- Faith-integrated Christian services
- Emotional Root Work™ coaching methodology
- Women’s ministry training and development
- Non-clinical emotional and spiritual support
These services integrate biblical principles (where requested by the client), emotional wellness practices, and evidence-informed coaching methodologies.
WHOLE-PERSON WELLNESS & CLINICAL NETWORK
Services provided by Her Life Elevated™ are explicitly NON-CLINICAL. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications for mental health conditions, medical conditions, or psychiatric disorders. Our work is present-focused, forward-moving coaching designed to complement — not replace — clinical care.
We believe in whole-person wellness. To support that, we maintain a referral network of licensed psychotherapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinical mental health professionals. When clinical care is appropriate, indicated, or actively beneficial to a client’s healing journey, we will refer to or coordinate with these providers as part of a layered, holistic approach to wellness.
Coaching with Her Life Elevated™ is intended to work alongside clinical mental health care. Clients are encouraged to maintain ongoing relationships with licensed therapists, physicians, and other healthcare providers as appropriate to their needs.
SCOPE OF PRACTICE
Services may include:
- Individual mental wellness coaching
- Faith-integrated Christian services (offered by client invitation)
- Relationship clarity and boundary coaching
- Confidence and emotional regulation coaching
- Faith-integrated emotional healing support
- Ministry leadership coaching
- Women’s ministry development and training
Monique Honer is a Board Certified Mental Health Coach (AACC). She is not a medication-prescribing psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional in Arizona, any other U.S. state, or any Canadian province.
No guarantees of specific outcomes are made. Results depend on the client’s active participation, honesty, and personal effort.
PROGRAMS OFFERED
Her Life Elevated™ offers structured coaching programs and one-off clarity calls. Current offerings include:
The Elevated Woman™ Program — Standard Rate
- 8 sessions over 8 weeks (one session per week, 60 minutes each)
- Standard investment: Rate included at the time of booking
- Three focus options: Emotional Wellness & Confidence, Relationship Clarity, or Faith-Integrated Christian Services
- Three payment options: Pay in Full, Bi-Weekly (4 payments), or Weekly (8 payments)
The Elevated Care Program — Reduced Rate (By Invitation Only)
- 8 sessions over 8 weeks (same structure as Standard Rate)
- Reduced investment: Rate included at the time of booking
- Eligibility: Extended at Her Life Elevated’s sole discretion to a limited number of women each season who are navigating significant hardship
- Not publicly advertised — by invitation only
Situation Conversations & Confidence Calls
- Single 30-minute 1:1 clarity calls
- Investment: Rate included at the time of booking
- Not a coaching session — a focused, one-time conversation for clarity on a specific situation
Free Consultation
- Complimentary 15-minute introductory call
- No payment required; no commitment to enroll in any program
CONFIDENTIALITY
All sessions are confidential. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, including:
- Imminent risk of harm to self or others
- Suspected abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult
- Court orders or other legal mandates
Sessions may be recorded via secure video-conferencing platforms and may be processed through AI-assisted note-generation tools solely to create session summaries and support our coaching work together. Any such tool used is a secure, confidential service bound by a data-processing agreement; client information is not sold, shared for advertising, or used to train external or public AI models. Recordings and notes are stored securely, access is limited to Monique, and they are retained only as long as needed to support your coaching engagement. Clients may opt out of recording at any time by providing written notice.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
- Participate actively in sessions and between-session work
- Be honest and forthcoming about their situation, history, and current state
- Understand that results depend on personal effort and consistent engagement
- Maintain appropriate clinical mental health care if needed, including ongoing relationships with licensed therapists, physicians, or other healthcare providers
- Seek immediate clinical or emergency care when in crisis
- Attend sessions in a private, quiet environment with reliable internet connection
APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Sessions are by appointment only and scheduled through Calendly or other secure booking systems.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, and no-shows, are forfeited and not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
One emergency reschedule per program is permitted at Her Life Elevated’s discretion.
All 8 sessions in The Elevated Woman™ Program (Standard or Elevated Care) must be completed within 10 weeks of program start. Sessions not used within this window are forfeited.
PAYMENTS AND FEES
Program fees are provided at the time of booking and outlined in detail in the Payment Terms & Refund Policy provided before payment.
Payment is due before the first session unless an installment plan has been agreed upon.
All payments are processed through secure Stripe payment links. Accepted methods include all major credit and debit cards, and ACH bank transfer where available.
We do not accept insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, or employer-sponsored health plans. Coaching is a self-pay service category. Some clients may qualify for FSA/HSA reimbursement with a Letter of Medical Necessity from their physician; this is the client’s responsibility to verify with their plan administrator.
REFUND POLICY
Refund terms vary by program enrollment:
The Elevated Woman™ Standard Rate Program:
- Before first session: Full refund less a $60 administrative processing fee
- After first session, before session 5: Sessions 1–4 are non-refundable. Sessions 5–8 refundable at 50%
- After session 4: All payments are non-refundable
The Elevated Care Program:
- All payments are fully non-refundable under any circumstance, due to the specialized nature and significantly reduced rate of this offering
Situation Conversations & Confidence Calls:
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund or one reschedule at no charge
- Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: Non-refundable; one practitioner-discretion reschedule may be available within 14 days
Complete refund terms are provided in the signed Payment Terms & Refund Policy Client Agreement, which clients receive and acknowledge before payment. In cases of documented medical emergency, family crisis, or significant life circumstance preventing program completion, additional refund consideration or future-program credit may be offered at Monique’s sole discretion.
LIABILITY
We are not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching, faith-integrated Christian services, or ministry training services. Coaching and other services offered are not a guarantee of any specific result.
You agree to hold Her Life Elevated™, Her Life Ministry™, and Monique Honer harmless from any claims arising from your participation in any service offered by the Company.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using this website, enrolling in a program, participating in any service, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
