Her Life Therapist | Her Life Elevated maintains a no refunds policy for instant access to online products and services inclusive of digital downloads. Her Life Therapist | Her Life Elevated may refuse any refund request made five days after payment for Counseling and Coaching services has been received. You acknowledge that no one has represented to you that refunds are available beyond this agreement. Even if you cannot participate for any reason, you will continue to be billed according to the schedule in this Agreement until paid in full, with the opportunity to reschedule. Her Life Therapist | Her Life Elevated considers this policy a material inducement to entering into contracts with clients and customers, this Agreement, and would not have done so unless this No Refunds policy were included.
